I suffer from fibromyalgia as well as sciatica and most days am in a lot of pain. I do not want to reach for the pain medication every time I hurt so I have looked for alternatives. I have used heating pads, pain creams and patches and more and nothing ever really helps. Recently I was given the opportunity to try Dr. Teal’s Sleep Epsom Salt Lavender Soaking Solution for free and I am so glad I got the opportunity.
I love to take baths and adding this to my hot soak was the best thing I could have asked for. The salts dissolve quickly and leave no trace of them behind to feel in the water. The lavender scent is not only amazing but is so soothing I found myself relaxed for the first time in a long time. My aches and pains were greatly diminished while I soaked in this Heavenly product. I was so relaxed that I felt myself nodding off a time or two.
After my bath I slept better than I had in a long time and it definitely helped with the pain. Now it is not a cure all and of course the pain came back but it was so nice to have a repreive from the pain and to know I have a product that I can use all of the time without any side effects.
Whether you suffer from the same pain I do, arthritis or even just achiness from a long day, Dr. Teal’s can help you too!
