Since having my bariatric surgery I am always finding ways to come up with sugar-free and low sugar alternative desserts. Here is one that is absolutely delish!!!
It is so super easy!!!!
1 box sugar-free jello ( any flavor you wish) I used strawberry
I container lite or fat-free Cool Whip
Make the jello according to the directions on the box
add the pudding powder as is ( no mixing with anything else) to the jello and stir til well blended
add the tub of cool whip and mix thoroughly
set in fridge for 1 hour and enjoy a half cup.
As I made it with the strawberry jello, white chocolate pudding and lite cool whip
it has approximately 106 calories 16 carbs and less than 4 sugars per half cup serving and makes approximately 6 servings
