I love to create things in my kitchen and my favorite creations are of the sweet variety! I take things that I already have in my kitchen and try to come up with healthier alternatives for me and my family. Now with my recipes I do not like to include the nutritional info because unless you use exactly the same products I do, yours won’t be the same anyway. By using my exact recipe this one has less than 5 grams of sugar per serving! I try to stay as close to sugar-free as I can and love passing along these recipes! This recipe calls for the small boxes of jello and pudding and yields about 5 cups. Use the larger boxes or double, triple the recipe for more.
1 box Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
1 box Sugar Free Jello Pudding Cheesecake Flavor
1 Tub Sugar-free Cool Whip ( thawed)
1 package Strawberries sliced
1 box graham cracker crumbs
5 clear plastic cups
Mix the Strawberry Jello with 1 cup hot water and dissolve completely
add in the Sugar-free Cheesecake jello pudding powder and mix thoroughly until fluffy
add in the Sugar-free Cool whip and beat til fluffy kind of like a mousse
Line up the plastic cups and place a tbs or so graham crumbs in the bottom then a few strawberry slices then add the layer of the pudding mixture and keep layering until filled almost to the top. Garnish with a couple of strawberry slices and sprinkle some graham crumbs on top!
serve immediately or cover and keep in fridge for about 4 days.
The great thing about this recipe is you can change up the flavors of Jello and pudding and change up the fruit slices to make your own combinations. one of my favorites is blueberry and lemon where you use sugar-free lemon jello, sugar-free cheesecake or even white chocolate flavored pudding mix and blueberries and lemon slices.
Make a peach supreme with Sugar free peach jello, sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix and peach slices. add a little cinnamon and brown sugar to the peach slices.
