Product review: Decorative Faux tin Ceiling Tiles
I was recently given the opportunity to receive and review a Decorative Faux Tin Ceiling tile. I received it in the mail yesterday and it is gorgeous. As soon as I opened the package I told my husband he had a job to do. I decided I wanted the center cut out to fit around the ceiling fan in my bedroom.
The tile I received is a beautiful antique copper look and it fits the decor in my room perfectly. Eventually, I would love to do the entire ceiling in my living room with these unique and beautiful tiles.

Review: Mixbook custom 5×7 holiday party invitations
I recently was given the opportunity to try and review Mixbook custom 5×7 Holiday cards set of 30. I chose holiday cards to send out to friends and family with a customized picture of myself and my husband and our names on them.
I received them the other day and I was so impressed with them. The card stock is of the highest quality. The colors are so vibrant that they jump off of the page. The print quality of the picture I chose to use is impeccable.
My husband is not an easily impressed man and he loved these. When I had told him that they were on the way, he did not seem to care one way or the other but once he saw them his words were, “Wow those look amazing”. Getting that kind of statement out of my hubby is no small feat, I assure you.

It never ceases to amaze me just how much of Christ has been taken out of Christmas. We are not supposed to say Merry Christmas , but Happy Holidays.
Were arent supposed to say Christmas Tree, but Holiday tree. Christmas carols that involve religion are not being allowed in school Pageants. Christmas parties are now referred to as holiday parties.
Retail stores have huge Christmas displays ( way too early in my opinion) with huge decorated trees and brightly wrapped packages. They want you to spend your money on holiday gifts, not Christmas gifts and you will not find the words “Merry Christmas” anywhere about.
Christmas is to celebrate the birth of CHRIST ( hence the word Christmas) and so many have forgotten that. We are so worried about offending other cultures and religions that we have turned our back on one of the holiest days in the christian faith.
I am not offended by jewish or muslim or any other faiths holidays, rituals or phrases. I am not offended if I see the star of David in a store or a display of the Kuran. Why then are so many people offended by the cross, The Bible or even Christ.
If I am in a store or anywhere else for that matter, I will wish you a Merry Christmas and not think twice about it. 80% of the nation claim to be of Christian faith. I just dont understand why we worry so much about offending others. Taking offense to something is usually a problem within one’s self. I believe it takes too much time and energy to spend your life taking offense to every little thing. Life is too short. If I offend you with my Merry Christmas Or God bless, then I will say I am sorry in advance, but It really doesnt change anything. So I wish you all a Merry Christmas. I wish you joy and happiness.
